This project included structural repairs and exterior improvements to restore and upgrade the property. Rotten posts were replaced and new brick foundation bases were installed, along with repairs to the existing brick patio.

Additional work included irrigation system improvements, kitchen appliance upgrades, interior painting, exterior staining, and stucco repair to refresh the home and improve long-term durability.
